You exchange information. You need to have the right responses to the employer’s questions. You need to ask good questions. You need the right background. You need to impress. 1. It’s about their future, not your past. You need to get the interviewers, the most senior interviewers, thinking into the future. If you can't get them to imagine what their life will be like and what their company will look like with you there, you'll never get hired. How? One of the easiest ways to shift their thinking is to shift the discussion from your background and your credentials to their goals. Boom. Where do they see the company going? What exactly do they want to accomplish? Once you know this, articulate exactly how you will take them there—step by step. Here’s what I would do first. Here’s what I would do second. 2. Leaders are inclusive and inspiring. You need to be the high tide that lifts all the boats. Leaders build more leaders. They don't build more followers. You need to show them you're great at inspiring and inclusive. You're great at building teams. How? One of the easiest and most effective ways to show you’re inclusive is to make several references to the other people and the insight they shared! For example, “Hey, Mary Jane said something about this... It really struck me. I love that idea. Mr. Executive Man, I'd love to get your perspective on that especially as it relates to [insert something else here which better be a more grand something else for a deeper level of insight].” 3. Stay away from one-and-done questions because then you’ll be done. Specifically, I mean asking a great question, then receiving their response, and then moving on to the next question. That's the big mistake! The message you're sending to them is that you are a puddle skipper. You are not somebody who's digging deep to get information and collecting it all. You're not well researched. You’re not digging deep enough to get the information you need to make a good decision. Ouch. How? If you have follow-up questions and drill down in your line of questioning, you send the message you are well researched, thoughtful, and making sure you're getting all the information you need to make a good decision. It sends them the message when you're working with your staff, you will make sure you're getting all the information to make good decisions. -------------------- ABOUT ANDREW -------------------- Andrew LaCivita is an internationally recognized executive recruiter, award-winning author, trainer, and founder and chief executive officer of milewalk and the milewalk Academy. Dealing with public figures and celebrities and managing their affairs is no cakewalk. -From being ready all day long to be in front of the camera in the event of breaking news, to facing powerful people and asking them tough questions — this is no easy task and would take a toll on anyone. -Newspaper reporters often work in hostile areas, for long hours, with stringent deadlines, and relatively low pay. -You never really know what can go wrong at any event, given the amounts of people you have to deal with for everything to be perfect. You’ll have to fix any problem with a smile on your face. -Strange work hours, coming face to face with society’s rogue elements, and being there to help anyone when bad things happen is sure to cause a lot of stress to police officers. -Being the only person responsible for the safety of hundreds of passengers and flying for long hours, coupled with bad weather conditions can be extremely stressful. -Firefighters risk their lives on a daily basis to save others for an annual salary of $48,030. -The long separation from home and family along with being in wartorn zones watching friends and colleagues get injured or lose life can be extremely stressful both physically and mentally. -Just look at before and after photos, and you’ll see why the President of the United States is mentioned here. PowerPoint available at: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Mr-Raymond-Civics-Eoc-Academy This video teaches students the structure, functions and processes of the Executive Branch of the United States Federal Government. Students will learn about the main job of the Executive Branch headed up by the President of the United States in enforcing or executing the law. Students will learn about the Constitutional Powers of the President known as “expressed powers,” such as the veto, appointments of federal judges and Supreme Court Justices, nomination of department heads, making treaties with other countries, and heading the military. In addition to this role as Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, students will learn the other “roles” of the President such as chief-of-state, chief diplomat, chief legislator, party chief, and chief economist. Students will be provided with examples from all of these presidential roles as well as expressed powers. The students will also be provided with examples of the various executive departments and agencies and the impact they have on the nation. Also included in this video is a section on Executive Orders with examples from some famous ones. Finally students will look at checks on presidential powers from Congress to help them understand the concept of checks and balances. Like most of the videos on Mr. Raymond’s Civics EOC Academy this video ends with a review “quiz.” Remember that the PowerPoint in this video as well as a variety of lesson plans and activities are available at Teachers Pay Teachers. Mr. Raymond’s Civics E.O.C. Academy was designed for students taking the Florida Civics End-of-Course (EOC) Exam. However, as many states are implementing Civics Exams, these videos will work for all students of Civics, US Government, and US History. Currently students have to pass a civics state exam in order to graduate in Idaho, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Arizona, North Dakota, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah. These videos look at all of the civics benchmarks that will be tested on most state civics exams. As a civics teacher I have often looked for civics YouTube video clips to show my students. I hope these videos will serve as a supplement to lessons for civics teachers, US history teachers, US government teachers and their students. While they might be a little basic for AP Government students, they could serve as a refresher of basic concepts and content. I have also thought that these videos could help those who are going to take the naturalization test to become US Citizens. I have also been reached by parents whose children are taking Florida Virtual School’s (FLVS) Civics class. SUBSCRIBE to ELITE NWO AGENDA for Latest Updates - http://www.youtube.com/user/elitenwoagenda?sub_confirmation=1 TRUMP -vs- REGULATIONS - Signs Executive Order To Bring Jobs Back To USA & Reduce Regulation President Trump took another step Friday to roll back government red tape, signing an executive order requiring every federal agency to form a “regulatory reform task force” that would root out regulations for repeal. A day after chief strategist Steve Bannon vowed a "deconstruction of the administrative state," Trump directed each agency's task force to evaluate existing rules and identify which ones should be modified or sent to the chopping block. Joined in the Oval Office by business executives, Trump said "unnecessary” and “burdensome" regulations are and “driving companies out of our country like never before." Those regulations, according to the White House, will be a focus of the new task forces. Trump said reducing the regulatory burden will “unleash economic activity.” Trump signed the order after delivering a rousing address to party faithful at the nearby Conservative Political Action Conference. The order builds on previous directives to find two regulations to cut for every new one proposed, and to freeze pending regulations. While the latest measure takes this a step further, stripping existing regulations could ultimately require congressional involvement. Trump's new order calls for each task force to document and report their progress toward meeting the president’s directives. In the first 30 days of his term, Trump has overseen a considerable slowdown in regulations, according to an analysis by The Hill. There has been a 72 percent decline in regulatory activity during the first month of the Trump administration compared with the last two months of then-President Barack Obama’s term. Trump also has signed several bills passed by Congress aimed at specific regulations. They include a resolution to mitigate the harm done to the coal industry by the Stream Protection Rule, and another measure to eliminate a reporting regulation that Republicans argue placed American mining and energy companies and their employees at an unfair disadvantage because their foreign competitors do not have similar requirements. According to the White House, the Obama administration finalized more than 3,000 regulations that cost American taxpayers $873 billion. Speaking Thursday at the annual CPAC, White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus TRUMP USA America U.S. "United States" Jobs Employment manufacturing "made in usa" regulation corporate corporation CEO benefits plan plans company tax "corporate tax" "tax refund" rebate offshore "offshore company" salary wage "hard work" 2017 2018 research economy business "small business" accounting results success leader leadership "american dream" factory "usa made" growth entrepreneur elite "elite nwo agenda" jim rogers alex jones founding fathers gold silver characterized Trump’s regulatory reform efforts as a “big deal.” Trump signed the directive in the Oval Office with chief executives of major U.S. corporations standing behind him including Dow Chemical Co (DOW.N), Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N) and U.S. Steel Corp (X.N). The sweeping order directs every federal agency to establish a task force to ensure each has a team to research all regulations and take aim at those deemed burdensome to the U.S. economy and designate regulatory reform officers within 60 days and must report on the progress within 90 days. U.S. Chamber of Commerce senior vice president Neil Bradley praised the Trump administration for "tackling the regulatory state head on.... We look forward to working with the federal agencies to help identify rules that harm the economy and threaten jobs." The order Trump signed in January sets an annual cap on the cost of new regulations but does not apply to most financial reform rules introduced by the Obama administration. The Trump administration also ordered a freeze on regulations pending review and has stopped some regulations from taking effect.

08 common Interview question and answers - Job Interview Skills 1. "Tell me a little about yourself." You should take this opportunity to show your communication skills by speaking clearly and concisely in an organized manner. Because there is no right or wrong answer for this question, it is important to appear friendly. 2. "What are your strengths?" This is a popular interview question. They want to know what you think of yourself. Although this is a general question, there is a wrong and right answer. The wrong answer is a generic answer saying you are organized and friendly. Although it will not hurt you during the interview, it will certainly not help you either. Answer this question based on the type of job you are applying for. 3. "What are your weaknesses?" For this answer, you should display a weakness that can be seen as a strength. There are many types of answers that will work. Some answers will be good answers for certain jobs, while the same answer will be a bad answer for a different job. Select an answer that will work for the position you are applying for. 4. "Where do you see yourself in five years?" This question primarily depends on where you are in your career. A person with 5 years of experience will have different goals than a person with no work experience. This question is asked to see how serious a candidate is about his or her career. Some people might not know their goals, and some people might have goals of becoming rich and retiring early. Those are incorrect answers for this question. The type of answer you want to give is an ambitious answer that shows you really love your career. A good interviewer will read between the lines and find out if a person is going to be a hard worker or just a mediocre one. Being descriptive and shooting for a big goal is something interviewers want to hear. 5. "What do you know about our company?" A typical job interview question, asked to find out how much company research you have conducted, is "What do you know about this company?" Prepare in advance, and in a word, research, so you can provide relevant and current information about your prospective employer to the interviewer. 6. "Are you good at dealing with change?" Dealing with change is common in the work place. A simple yes will not be sufficient to impress the interviewer. This is another type of question where everyone will have similar answers. Of course everyone is going to claim being excellent dealing with change. You got to communicate that you are really good at dealing with change. 7. "Do you work well under pressure?" In most cases, the best answer to this question is answering yes. Working well under pressure is a good trait to have. However, I think if you answer that you work the same with pressure and without pressure, the interviewer will be more impressed. However, you will need to explain in words why this is better. 8. "How do you make important decisions?" There are many ways to answer this question, and if you have a reasonable method of making decisions, it will probably be sufficient. One answer I thought of included not being afraid of asking your manager. You can follow up by saying even the best needs mentoring, and you always want to improve. So basically, this could work as an answer, but depending on the job, you might have a better shot with an answer like my example.

Trump Just Signed Executive Order To ‘Keep Jobs In AmericaAmericans have been suffering for years as the folks in Washington have looked on, indifferent to the damaging effects their globalist policies have had on the people. Companies have outsourced countless jobs and begged the government to provide them foreign workers at cut rates. Our government has also undermined wages by importing millions of illegals to satisfy their donor’s lust for cheap labor. Working class Americans have been hardest hit, and it was Trump’s appeal to them that won him the election. He’s heard their cries for help and a desire to get back to work, and this week, Trump signed an executive order to do just that. As reported at the Independent Journal Review, President Donald Trump signed a new executive order in an effort to “expand apprenticeship and vocational training.” Trump said the new policy will help to restore the “dignity of work.” During his speech, the president was joined by governors from states that will be expanding apprenticeships as a result of the new policy. He said that the program is a part of his plan to “keep jobs in America,“ which was a major campaign promise. Trump also put companies on alert during the speech, letting them know there will be a “big price to pay“ if they think they can ship jobs overseas then try to sell their products in the US. In closing, Trump praised all the governors, CEOs, and companies that plan to participate in the program saying, “everybody who has worked so hard on this program, and everyone in the room–including the reports–God bless you, and God bless America.” The apprenticeship program will allow folks to “earn while the learn.” A giant obstacle that often prevents folks from going to college or learning a new trade is the fact that it takes a lot of time and money just to get into the classroom. And if you are working while learning, it’s not the type of job you’ll be doing once your schooling is complete. Assisting masters of the craft you plan to take up yourself is historically how things have been done. You learned by watching and helping, earning money along the way. Trump said that there are around 6 million skilled positions waiting to be filled, and thanks to this new policy, he’s providing the tools necessary for the working class to once again find fulfilling work.
